Throughout the ages the practice of yoga has been attributed to a number of health benefits; such as stress reduction, relaxation, breathing awareness, increased strength and flexibility. Tiger Yoga focuses its teachings on a form of Hatha Yoga (yoga for health), called Vinysasa Yoga. This flowing, low-impact workout is designed to be safe for all fitness levels and ages. All Tiger Yoga classes are taught by a YogaFit trained instructor.
